BUILDING POSITIVE STUDENT TEACHER RELATIONSHIPS (20 - 30 PAX)
Banking on Students/ Deposits and Withdrawals: Does it make CENTS?
From beginning to end, this workshop will model various methods to engage the most disinterested students. This will be an interactive session.  This is especially beneficial to those who have difficulty engaging boys, making those deep connections with students while being culturally competent, and who may need a refresher on building positive relationships.  I spent 7 years in Abu Dhabi in a school district with very high turnover and management issues, yet maintained success.  Prior to that, I was given the opportunity to create a mentoring class for those disinterested students in my school in America.  These tools helped me to maintain good relationships with the students, parents, and leaders.
